A peaceful retreat designed for all your meeting and accommodation needs. Meeting Point offers budget pricing to support NGOs, faith-based organizations and student groups. Located in the heart of the country but just 30 minutes from Bangkok international airport and the city, the Meeting Point is ideal for small conferences, workshops and spiritual practice.
Meeting Point is unique because all proceeds received from your stay will go directly into ARF community development programs in Thailand. Your money will be working twice as hard, first bringing you the benefit from your workshop and then directly supporting development rather than hotel owners from the private sector. Sanctuary House
A luxury facility with accommodation for up to 20 people. Sanctuary House features three entertainment/meeting areas, eight bathrooms and two kitchens allowing self-catering. Fully air conditioned and with polished wooden floors throughout, Sanctuary House provides all the space you need to relax and share a meal at day’s end.
The ‘Floating Pavilion’ Meeting Room & Tranquil Gardens
The Floating Pavilion provides seating for up twenty people in air-conditioned comfort. This tranquil setting provides the perfect environment for learning and an exchange of ideas. Three entertainment/meeting areas in Sanctuary House are also available for discussion groups.The extensive gardens include multiple pagodas and meeting tables plus a paved area for entertaining and eating. There are many quiet locations suited for discussion, prayer or mediation.
Rates : These discount rates are only available for Not For Profit organizations.
Accommodation: 300 Baht per person per day based on room sharing.
Food (Full Board): 300 Baht per person per day, including breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Price Per Meal: Breakfast – 100 Baht Lunch – 150 Baht Dinner – 180 Baht
The menu can be tailored to suit your needs, including vegetarian or halal cuisine.
FREE Meeting Room Hire: 2000 Baht per day or free if you book accommodation and one meal.
LCD Projector: 1500 Baht per day
Breaks: 50 Baht pp for tea, coffee, water and snacks.
Note: All rates are based on a group booking of 10 people or more staying at least one night.

To and from Bangkok international airport and all major bus/train stations. For multiple pick-ups or drop-offs prices are available on request.
Low Cost Day Trips – Visit Siam Square, The Grand Palace or the Floating Markets. You can choose from a range of day trips to Bangkok with group rates as low as 280 Baht/12 USD per person. A low-cost trip can also be tailored to your needs for visits to educational or religious institutions or just for a day of shopping. Day trips to the beach and Pattaya are also available.
