Access to Primary and Higher Education

ARF/LOMEF (Lorraine Robinson and Maeve Coughlan Education Fund) provides access to primary education to children living in poverty throughout the region. It also builds the capacity of community based NGOs that apply for funding. ARF/LOMEF funds a range of programs that cover the cost of school materials and teachers’ salaries. Scholarships are provided to students who show exceptional promise to allow them to complete higher education. This innovative program has been operating since 1998.

Activities
